Crime Prevention in WA

The WA Government supports a range of programs and funding various crime prevention and reduction initiatives. The WA Police Strategic Crime Prevention Division has a key role in leading and coordinating these efforts.

By building partnerships with business, government and local communities, the Government seeks to engage every Western Australian in the fight against crime, after all – crime prevention is everybody’s business.
